This is a compilation of what I cooked and ate over a period of four weeks. I lost 2 pounds per week, as did my parents who did this with me. We breezed through it and so can you!
You WILL lose weight every week – it’s easy.
The principles we followed were to eat food with low fat and low sugar content and go for a short walk each day. For six days a week we stuck to the ‘rules’ and one day a week we ate what-ever we wanted, (I called that the ‘cheat day’). The idea was to keep it simple and healthy but completely realistic and thus achievable. We were not looking for another ‘quick fix’ fad diet where, once it was over, we would put the weight straight back on. We wanted something that produced results but was sustainable. The idea was to keep eating – not starve ourselves in stages.
So that’s it in a nut shell – low fat, low sugar, simple and achievable.
